the story takes place on planet purplenus, a planet covered in purple grasslands, rich in diverse creatures and cultures.

the world
The world consists of two realms: Planet Purplenus and afterlife Purplenus.
When the player is defeated in battle, he will be transported to the afterlife realm.
From the Holy Tree, the player can obtain the holy fruit, which will revive the player and return them to the living world.
west region
The player starts in the West Region, which consists of 2 battle areas:
Tree of Evak and Phana Summit; and 1 side area: West Aura Forest.
middle west region
Once the tree of evak has been passed, the player will move into the middle West Region, which consists of a further 2 battle areas: Sea of Antheries and Crystanium Valley; and 1 side area: Pearlberry Beach.
middle east region
Once the Phana Summit has been passed, the player will move into the Middle East Region, which consists of a further 2 battle areas: Hallowed Cave and Desert of Sabari; and 2 side areas: Underground Cave and Suntree Desert.
east region
When the Desert of Sabari has been passed, the player will move into the East Region, which contains the final 2 battle areas: Spookimal Graveyard and Meteor of Pantharea and 1 side area: the East Aura Forest.
afterlife region
The afterlife realm can be accessed when you are defeated in battle and die.
Another way is by ringing the Angelimal Bell.
The afterlife realm contains 2 main areas: Angelimal Realm and Spiritimal Garden.
The Holy Tree in the Angelimal Realm is the doorway between living and afterlife realms.
